LLAL’s Spending

London Luton Airport Ltd has wasted millions of pounds that could have been spent on council services as they do not have a clear vision of what they are trying to achieve.

The photo above, shows a building that was only in use for 18 months before it had to be knocked down, as LLAL decided it needed a new car park.

Major infrastructure projects such as new roads and drop-off zones that are less than a year old, have and are being ripped up.

All this is happening when the owners of LLAL, (that is, Luton Borough Council) plead poverty and have even cut bin collections to save £400,000 a year.
