Airport Spending

As can be seen in the two photos a passenger footbridge with its associated building containing two lifts and a staircase was knocked down only 18 months after being opened.

Other major infrastructure projects such as new roads and drop-off zones that were less than a year old have also been ripped up and moved. This was because the land was needed for other projects that were only thought of after the previous work was planned and built.

Was this a waste of money?

Was there a lack of forward planning?
