Next week, (w/c 18 May 2026), will see the Court of Appeal Hearing by LADACAN in the Royal Courts of Justice in London.
We won’t know whether the case will be heard over the Tuesday/Wednesday 19th/20th or the Wednesday/Thursday 20th/21st, until a decision is made on Monday 18th.
The Court will decide on the crucial question, of whether Greenhouse Gas emissions from Airport Expansion should be properly assessed, rather than the view taken by The Secretary of State, which was that they were simply all OK.
